Part studio, part home, part rental apartment - this project merges life, artistic production, and a source of income. Located in a vacation area, the rental apartment covers the full mortgage of the home, liberating the resident to focus on artistic production. On a limited site the project is focused on bringing in high quality light while maintaining a level of privacy and also acting as a buffer to create a more private backyard.
