1,200 sf renovation, ongoing

This 1950’s home was gutted and opened up by the owner, who is an artist. The home was in need of structural remediation and extensive rot repair. As part of this process the corner of the house was deconstructed and replaced with two layers of polycarbonate panels and one large glass panel to bring in ambient light from the very wooded lot and the adjoining sun room.
