The genesis of the studio’s landscape stewardship design build laboratory approach, this 1950’s cabin was jacked out of the mud and rebuilt. Sitting on a disintegrating bluff above a brackish river looking out to the ocean bay this project aimed to stablize both the structure and the landscape. This project was constructed by studio co-founder Dimitri Brand.
